"I have been training with Caroline now for nearly a year, twice a week. I
always found it amusing when you read testimonials about a personal trainer
that everyone would note how much weight they lost, however, not how much
fitness they had gained, with Caroline you definitely achieve both through her
well structured plans and her extremely challenging fitness test days.
I wasn't a large person to begin with, 68kgs, however, I found going to the gym or working out was like a rollercoaster, I would get so motivated and become obsessed with going or I would not do anything all, there was no in-between. Working with C has helped me create a perfect routine and motivated me to do exercise that I stick with on days we do not train, even to the point where I more recently asked to join her jogging sessions. I have lost 10kg and more importantly kept it off, I have arm muscles that I never even knew existed and can run long distance without giving up, all thanks to Caroline. She is steady with her sessions and pushes you when she feels you need it. When the session is over I am always exhausted, however, energized from her motivation.
As much as I tell her I really don't like her during the session, I enjoy every moment and feel I am achieving more each time we train. I actually don't think I would have been able to push myself this hard and achieve these results without training with Caroline. Caroline is extremely genuine and has such a passion for exercise that she makes you feel as though you are training with a friend, not just any trainer."
